Due to continued growth within our Certas Energy Renewables Division, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our friendly team at our Warrington office. As a key member of the Domestic team, you will play a crucial role in developing a strong business pipeline by engaging with both new and existing Certas customers.

Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, managing customer inquiries, and qualifying leads to ensure their homes are suitable for our renewable energy products. You will also represent Evolo’s tailored renewable solutions and promote the benefits of renewable energy technologies to the domestic market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to potential customers to generate interest in our renewable energy solutions.
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring all booking details are accurately recorded.
- Answering customer queries and providing information about our renewable energy products.
- Qualifying customer suitability for our products based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieving agreed KPIs and sales targets.

- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- High degree of self-motivation and time management skills.
- Resilient, persistent, and hardworking attitude.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently and empathetically.
- Good listening skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Desirable:_
- Experience in appointment setting.
- Knowledge of renewable energy would be an advantage but all training will be given.
