These values guide our actions and decisions, ensuring we deliver outstanding results for our clients and employees. **Role Overview** We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Internal Marketing Coordinator to act as the central conduit between internal departments, stakeholders, and our external creative marketing agency. This pivotal role will ensure smooth communication, efficient project management, and timely creation and execution of marketing calendars aligned with trade and promotional calendars. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate internal marketing activities across departments including sales, trading, eCommerce, retail, and People - Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with trade plans, promotional campaigns, and business objectives - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the external marketing agency, tracking progress, delivery timelines, and holding them accountable to agreed SLAs - Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather briefs, clarify campaign requirements, and communicate key deadlines - Maintain clear documentation of campaign workflows, asset delivery dates, and approval processes - Proactively monitor campaign performance and flag issues or delays early - Ensure marketing assets and collateral are delivered on time and are consistent with brand guidelines - Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on campaign status, bottlenecks, and wins - Support the Chief Operating Officer & External Creative Director in cross-functional initiatives and internal communication of key campaigns - Ensure the department is constantly ahead of our competition, proactively engaging with our customers and adding value **Qualifications & Skills**: - 2+ years' experience in a marketing coordination, project management or agency-facing role - Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Confident in managing external partners and holding them to account - Detail-oriented with strong administrative and planning capabilities - Familiarity with marketing calendars, campaign workflows and trade planning cycles - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary of up to £35,000 - £40 per month to support your mental and/or physical wellbeing - Mobile Phone + Equipment to enable you to achieve great things - Career Growth & Progression Opportunities - Regular Development Plans & Reviews - 24 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays - Extra Paid Day Off for Your Birthday - Employee Assistance Programme - Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (5% Employer Contribution) **Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging** Phoenix 2 Retail is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
