**Description**:
We are seeking a versatile and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will take on a multi-faceted position that includes assisting the Marketing & Brand Director with traditional marketing responsibilities, as well as specialised tasks such as internal PowerPoint deck writing, field team asset artwork, WhatsApp broadcast artwork, and website banner creation. You will serve as a pivotal team member bridging creative content creation with traditional marketing strategies. Your role will involve travelling to Derbyshire once a fortnight for a Marketing Team day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations, ensuring consistency and high-quality design and brand consistency
- Attend company meetings and clearly communicate all Marketing action to the wider team
- Develop artwork assets for field team usage, aligning them with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with third party marketing opportunities for Key Accounts alongside the Trading team
- Design eye-catching visuals for WhatsApp broadcast messages, capturing audience attention and conveying key messages effectively
- Produce creative website banners that enhance user experience and drive engagement
- Execute traditional marketing duties such as campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and cohesive marketing approach
- Create company focussed Press Releases within the marketing team and external partner agencies

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in PowerPoint design, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey information effectively
- Strong graphic design skills and experience using design Adobe software tools
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and ability to create visually appealing content for online channels
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach to task execution
