You will have a demonstrable track record in loyalty marketing, CRM, and ideally E-commerce, showing the ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Your **key responsibilities** will be...
- Manage and optimise customer loyalty programs, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer lifetime value
- Monitor key performance metrics - providing insights and recommendations to board-level
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing, CRM and Ecommerce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns

We seek the following **skills/experience**...
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's Degree level in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field
- Excellent Data Analysis skills (ideally within an E-commerce environment) - if you can make 'the numbers talk' when showing data then this could be a great opportunity for you
- Shopify experience would be a huge benefit
