**Who are we?**

Caspian One is an International Technology Services company. We help our clients solve technology related challenges by supplying them with the right people and the right expertise. We do this by aligning ourselves with our client’s strategic ambitions, and using our industry expertise to help them solve their problems. This can mean deploying niche technology teams to carry out a project, or placing individuals in the perfect position to utilise their skills. **Who are you?**

You are an ambitious and driven individual who is looking for the next step in your recruitment career. You ideally have sales experience in B2B or other relevant sales roles (We have previously hired individuals from car sales, real estate, hospitality, retail, and education backgrounds). You are motivated to advance your career and approach your work with a growth mindset. You are resilient, fearless, and not afraid to push boundaries, have difficult conversations, ask questions, or share your ideas. You can handle short-term setbacks and challenges with a long-term vision. You have a sense of humour and a unique personality that sets you apart.

**What will you do?**

You will oversee the entire sales cycle for your specific market. This includes working closely with diverse and top-tier clients and collaborating with other team members. You will have the freedom to establish direct relationships within your niche market in your own unique way, with full support. Participate in sharing ideas and collaborating across all levels of the business. You will become an expert in your tech vertical and build relationships across some of the biggest globally recognised brands in the world.

**Salary, Benefits and Additional Information?**
- £25-£27.5k base salary (depending on experience)
- Realistic first year earnings can be between £35k-45k. More seasoned recruiters typically can earn upwards of 80K in their third year.
- Working hours are 08:30am to 6pm (be advised our North America division working hours are 10am-7pm).
- Hybrid model - depending on experience you may need to be in full time for the first 6 months due to training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
