**Preferred background/experience**:

- Minimum 12 months experience as an Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment advantageous
- Good people & communication skills/experience
- Excellent organisation skills and a strong interest in Sales and developing meaningful business relationships at a professional level.
- Full driving License
