**Office Administrator**
My client a leading company who due to continued growth are recruiting for experienced administrators to join their team
**Main Duties Include**:
- General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence
- General finance, health and safety and purchasing administration
- Processing and allocating incoming payments to customer accounts.
- Preparing Daily Lodgements for the bank
- Collecting and following up on new customer account documentation and/or outstanding deliveries to ensure resolution for month.
- Send copy invoices and statements to customers as requested.
**Essential Criteria**:
- A minimum of 1 years’ recent experience in an administrator role.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Math and English or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and written and an ability to work on own initiative.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, able to work accurately and quickly.
- Must be well organised with the ability to respond promptly and have experience of working to targets/deadlines.
