**Office Administrator**
Our client, a leading supplier company in Tyrone, are in search of an experienced **Office Administrator** to join their well
- established team.
**Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Processing invoices, credits, statements etc.
- Processing phone orders and ensure products are charged correctly
- Place orders and approve invoices using EDI and customer portals
- Process despatch and advance shipment notices
- Liaise with customers and resolve any discrepancies which may arise
- Admin duties including answering the telephone, sorting out post, ordering stationary supplies, filing, greeting visitors etc.
- Communicating with the despatch department and transport companies in relation to logístical planning
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 months previous admin experience
- Experience of computerised accounting systems and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dungannon and South Tyrone, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
