**Location**: Various site/office locations in Glasgow

We’re looking for a dedicated Facilities & Resources Officer to join our team — or partner with us on a contract basis — to lead key operational functions including vehicle fleet management, property maintenance, and policy development.
Whether you’re looking for a permanent employed role or are an experienced self-employed contractor, we’d love to hear from you.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- **Managing our vehicle fleet: leasing, insurance, servicing, fuel cards, and EV support.**:
- **Coordinating property maintenance and statutory compliance (e.g. PAT testing, EPCs, legionella).**:
- **Reviewing, updating, and communicating policies and procedures across the organisation.**:
- **Supporting tendering processes, strategic business planning, and responding to operational queries.**
**What we’re looking for**:
- **Experience in facilities management.**:
- **Understanding of working in a care or support charity, ideally supporting vulnerable people.**:
- **Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.**:
- **Confident communicator with a flexible, problem-solving approach.**:
- **Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.**
