**OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
To ensure a quality approach to the service of Food and Beverages within the Hotel, thereby ensuring the maintenance of high standards to all customers.

**Requirements for a Food & Beverage Personnel;**
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry related regulations
- To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros, and Res-diary preferred but not essential
- Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards
- Attention to the smallest detail
- A passion for hospitality and great customer service
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
