**About the Role**:
As a **Café & Events Assistant**, you’ll support the daily running of café and bar services and assist with event operations. Your responsibilities will include serving food and drinks, setting up event spaces, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers and guests.

This role offers a variety of work across food service, customer interaction, and event support, including evenings and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals.
- Deliver excellent customer service in café, bar, and event settings.
- Operate tills and handle payments, including basic cashing-up procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including café, kitchen, and bar.
- Replenish stock and ensure displays are well-presented and fully stocked.
- Follow all hygiene, health and safety, and food handling procedures.
- Support with room and equipment set-ups for events.
- Assist with bar service during functions, as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a café, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work casual hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn.
