Reporting to the BOH Duty Manager. This role will require the individual to carry out roles in the Ramp and Aircraft
Presentation Job description. You will be responsible for Managing resources to fulfil our service standards for our
Customer Airlines. Allocating tasks to members of the Back of House Team in accordance to their relevant skill level. To
influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a “World Class” product to our Customer Airlines.

To consistently deliver the highest possible level of customer service.
Responsible for ensuring we deliver the highest level of Safety, Security and Performance consistently and in
accordance with the Airline service level agreements and on time performance, company and governing body
regulations.
Have a full understanding of the airline standards and requirements.
Allocate all airside resources which includes staff and equipment to flights.
Pre-plan the airside operation and highlight any resourcing shortfalls to the Duty Manager in good time to
ensure shift changes are actioned accordingly
Liaise with customers on flights and by telephone.
Have a full understanding of office coordinator role and be able to work this function.
Complete all delay, accident and shift reports.
Liaise with the Duty Manager of any training requirements within the shifts.
A complete understanding of all Health & Safety aspects of the Operation.
Build team spirit within the shifts.
Inform Duty Manager of any issues relating resourcing and stock levels.
Understanding of company administration procedures.
Accurately update RSMS with all services provided to our customer airlines to ensure accurate billing.
The Primary role is to allocate staff and equipment to the customer airlines. You will liaise with the customer
airlines, Ground handlers, Duty Manager and the back of house team.
Fully comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 when carrying out your duties, ensuring safety is never
compromised.
To manage activities under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH).
Comply and monitor regulations governed by the Department for Transport (DFT) and customer country
specific equivalents.
To understand and operate all equipment effectively and correctly and in line with the relevant training given.
Monitor the safe and correct control of all resources, including but not limited to sign in sheets for radios.
Full compliance and implementation at all times of the following:
Airline Handling Manuals
Airports Disruption Management Policy
Customer Service Promise

Communications Promise
Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of staff, customers and other visitors as required in full compliance with the
Company's Health & Safety Policy.
Any other reasonable duty as requested.
Adhere to the company uniform standards that are in place.
Adhere to the company absence management procedures.
From time to time you will be expected to complete additional hours and or complete a change of shift at short notice.
Occasionally step up into the Duty Manager role when requested.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Well organised with good attention to detail, proactive and able to work as part of a dynamic team.
A minimum of 2 year's supervisory experience in an airside role.
Experience of absence management, safety investigations, disciplinary investigations and conducting
disciplinary hearings.
Able to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently.
Ability to work within a pressured environment being flexible to adapt to changing demands / circumstances.
Exemplary punctuality and absence record.
Full UK licence preferable
