**Sales & Allocations Assistant** **Location**:Manchester **Salary**:£20,009.60 per annum **Contract**:Temporary **Hours**:40 hours per week **We are Dwell Student Living and we are recruiting** Centurion Corporation Limited owns, develops and manages quality, specialised accommodation assets globally, including purpose-built workers accommodation assets in Singapore and Malaysia, and purpose-built student accommodation assets in Singapore, Australia,the United Kingdom ("UK"), the United States ("US") and South Korea. Our student accommodation business is branded as dwell Student Living and we currently manage 21 PBSAs globally. The Group’s 10 assets in the UK are located in the established education precincts of Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Bristol and Nottinghamwhich provide easy access to the cities’ main university campuses and the city. In Manchester we are currently recruiting for a **Sales & Allocations Assistant** to join our team. **Job Accountabilities**: - Act as first point of contact for students starting their dwell Student Living journey. - You will be responsible for handling sales enquiries and undertaking allocations for your assigned sites. - You will be in charge of allocating students into their new homes at certain sites. - Ensuring that students are ready to check-in with us, and support them along the way by providing excellent customer service. **What we need from you**: **Essential** - Previous experience of working in a busy customer focused or service environment - Experience working within a sales and/or administration role, or similar - Confident in both phone and face-to-face sales - Organised and punctual, with strong time management skills - Enthusiastic and approachable, with a positive attitude - Can quickly adapt to new situations - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office **Desirable** - Experience of using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, StarRez etc.) **About Dwell Student Living**: **RESPECT**:We treat every individual with consideration, dignity and respect at all times.
