**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Data Essentials - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

You will provide analytical support in respect of all NXTS Finance responsibilities.

This role will source format, and present data in a relevant way for analysis.

Data will be blended from multiple sources (from both structured and unstructured data sources), to allow end users to make reasoned decisions with support from the data to underpin the decision-making process. This will cover both revenue management andcost containment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analysis of all revenues metrics generate by NXTS to accurately identify reasons to change and opportunities for growth
- Support in the collation of accurate and timely reporting of revenues, volumes, capacity, utilisation etc.
- To NXTS management and executives on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.

[This to include production and distribution]
- Support the head of FP&A in the compilation of revenue reporting on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis
- Support the Commercial Finance Analyst in the compilation of revenue reporting on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis
- Day to day updating and management of Financial Data and Information

**Desirable skills**:

- Intermediate MS Excel skills as a prerequisite (e.g - knowledge of pivot tables & basic formulas such as vlookup & sumif); Tableau experience desired
- Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, contributing to dealing with all stakeholders positively & pragmatically
- Able to manage own time and priorities work, juggling multiple demands in a busy working environment
- The ability to form and maintain appropriate and positive relationships with others
- Experience of completing tasks within tight deadlines

**Entry requirements**:
**The entry requirements for this programme are as follows**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
