We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in human resources (HR) and gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an HR Apprentice, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to various HR functions while working closely with our experienced HR team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, data entry, and generating HR reports.
- Assist with HRIS data entry and ensure data integrity.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
- Help with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of HR.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientation, paperwork, and employee documentation.

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees and team members.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation and records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C/4
