Safran Helicopter Engines UK Ltd are being supported by PETA Ltd to recruit and train an enthusiastic HR Business Apprentice to join their HR team. This is a full-time apprenticeship role working Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 on a 15-month contract.

**Training to be provided**:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported throughout your programme with visits every 6 weeks from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship, there is the potential for you to progress on to higher level Apprenticeships within the company.

**Your new role**:
As a HR Business Apprentice with Safran, you will be working within an engineering/manufacturing organisation. You will support the HR team to provide a full generalist HR service. You will learn how to:

- Provide HR support to managers, employees and rest of the HR team
- Ensure the efficiency of the HR processes and practices

**Could this be the ideal role for me?**

As this is an apprenticeship role, no experience is required However, our ideal HR Business Apprentice will require great communication skills, resilience and a keen eye for detail. To be considered for the role, you will also need:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of IT systems including word, excel and outlook
- A proactive approach to work
- Please note GCSEs in Maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
