**About You**
You will be a genuinely caring person with great listening skills, outstanding empathy, good IT skills and brilliant time management. You will also be a natural leader and have an alert and organised approach to your team.
You must be a car driver with a full driving license and access to you own vehicle. We know that if you've got care experience you'll appreciate the difference it makes to put carers at the centre of what we do. For our care coordinators the difference is happy carers makes the coordination easier. This role does include being on call on an evening and weekends based on an on call Rota split between office Staff members.
