Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum + Mileage Reimbursement at £0.25 per mile + New Business Bonus Scheme

Job Summary

As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Support and Manage: Lead our Peripatetic Care Assistants, ensuring their effectiveness in delivering care.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Care Managers to manage care packages and uphold the highest standards.
  • Ensure Safety: Support our clinical team in maintaining staff training and competencies to ensure client safety.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel to the Nottingham, with accommodation and meals provided.
  • Flexibility - to cover care shifts, in line with the business requirements

About You

You will be an experienced care coordinator, that thrives on problem-solving and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, while maintaining a methodical attention to detail. This role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, able to amend plans at short notice.

Your Requirements

  • Experience: Background in care, particularly as a Coordinator .
  • Skills: Proficient in rota planning and effective communication.
  • Qualifications: Hold at least NVQ Level 3 in care with a willingness to complete a management and leadership course.
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, caring, kind, dynamic, and driven to deliver the best quality service.
  • Flexibility : to cover shifts, in line with the needs of the business.
