Our client is a leading global service company specialising in the delivery of subsea solutions to the renewables and hydrocarbon industries. They provide bespoke solutions to clients, from feasibility through to installation and operation.
**The Job**:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a People Administrator to join their team based in central Bristol. Within this role you will be the first point of support for all academy training and recruitment related matters and support with the delivery of training courses and the coordination their offshore personnel
**Duties will include**:
- Day to day office administration
- Maintaining filing systems
- Recording and responding to course enquiries
- Maintaining course register & enquiries
- Overseeing course promotion & campaigns via Direct Mailing / Social Media / Phone enquiry handling
- Supporting with training course logistics; which will include, management of course bookings, liaising with 3rd party suppliers for course stationery orders, course collateral preparation, training room hiring
- Recording job enquiries and CV’s
- Formatting CV’s and uploading to personnel CRM
- Management of certification for contractors
- Assisting with updating personnel trackers
- Posting and responding to online promotions via social media
**The Person**:
For this role our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident in the use of the Internet for research and planning
- Eye for detail is paramount for this role
- Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, motivate and suggest continuous improvements
- Be willing to work and travel in-country and overseas as may be required from time to time
**The Hours**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 40 hours per week, 25 days holiday, BUPA & Pension
**The Location**:
Central Bristol, no car parking.
**The Salary**:
£21-22,000
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
