**Purpose of the Role**
The **Digital Support Coordinator** is responsible for managing technology assets, hardware, and IT projects across the organisation. Acting as the bridge between internal teams and external teams, you’ll ensure efficient workflows, accurate administration, and smooth project delivery — on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Hardware & Technology Management**
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, escalating where needed.
- Manage repairs, replacements, and **mobile phone provision** across the business.
- Maintain an up-to-date **asset register**for all technology equipment, ensuring clear processes for joiners, leavers, and role changes.
**Service Management**
- Act as the **first point of contact** for external vendors.
- Oversee other **technology-related contracts**, providing feedback and ensuring value.
**Projects & Development**
- Support the **delivery of IT and infrastructure projects.**
**Communication & Collaboration**
- Serve as the **main contact** for technical issues and IT projects.
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Basic understanding of **IT systems, hardware, and mobile management**
- Excellent **organisational and documentation** skills
- Strong **communication** and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive **problem-solving** and “can-do” attitude
- High **attention to detail** with accurate tracking and reporting
