We are looking for an experienced Book-keeper/ Administrator with a great attention to detail, problem solving skills, trustworthy and reliable

The role will be mainly Xero based and will include the following roles:

- Invoicing
- Daily/Weekly Book-keeping
- Data Entry of financial transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Accounts Payable.
- General administration tasks
- Managing sales inbox

This is an exciting role for someone and they must have the following:
- At least 2 year’s experience as a book-keeper
- Great client service skills
- Good telephone manner

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year based on experience and agreed hours

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

**Experience**:

- bookkeeping: 2 year (preferred)
- Xero 2 years
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Office Programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
