- **General Administration**: Play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functioning of the office.
- **Invoicing and Credit Control**: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and support credit control activities.
- **Bookkeeping Assistance**: Aid the team in maintaining precise financial records.
- **Internal Systems Management**: Implement and oversee internal systems to boost overall efficiency.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision is paramount.
- **Credit Control Experience**: Preferred, though not mandatory.
- **IT and Communication Skills**: Proficient in technology with effective communication abilities.
- **Quick Learning Ability**: Adaptability to swiftly acquire new skills.
- **Prioritisation Skills**: Organise and prioritise your workflow effectively.
- **Positive Can-Do Attitude**: Approach challenges with optimism and take initiative.
- **Accuracy is a Must**: Emphasising the importance of precision.
