**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Client Communications Manager to join our Central team at Esholt. You will be responsible for line managing, driving performance, and inspiring the client communications advisors to hit targets. Responsible for setting, managing and reporting team targets and performance. Ensuring team is always fully staffed in line with Bayfields growth trajectory.

Overall responsibility for the Bayfields recall and inbound processes including successful execution of all 11 steps of recall and successful alignment of practices with the inbound team. Responsible for maximising success within the recall and inbound processes by constantly monitoring and adapting them where necessary to fill the diaries and improve service levels. Own and champion smart booking for the business, ensuring all practices are following diary rules and templates and that diaries are booked smartly every day by all parties to ensure we hit our multiplier. Manage all communications templates sent via the CMS to ensure our clients receive timely, accurate and on brand communications at all touch points (utilising support from the Marketing department for copywriting and design). To manage and lead the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into the Bayfields recall, inbound and communications process, ensuring brand protection at all times. Pro-actively collate, analyse and report all data - problem solving & flagging issues together with recommendations to the Head of Marketing & Communications in a timely manner.

**This is a 12 month fixed term contract**

**About you**

Ability to lead, manage, coach and inspire teams with different objectives and have excellent Communication skills Ability to spot, diagnose and solve problems in a calm and positive manner, including issues that may present at future dates. Ability to analyse data and make solid recommendations from it and to plan, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills. Experience in excel and word (required), CRM systems administration (preferable), previous experience as a call centre manager, customer-facing (inbound & outbound) client services experience.
