**Overview**

In addition, our recruitment process will prefer an individual with management skills to assist our GM in certain aspects of their role, ie some late nights, lock ups, opening up etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, venue selection, and guest services.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Manage budgets effectively while exploring opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Maintain detailed records of event planning processes and client communications.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
- Assist sour GM in management duties.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas.
- Link up wit function suppliers for extra support.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles is a plus for coordinating charity events.
- A background in hospitality will enhance the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
