**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From £24,503.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea, SA7 0ET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
