**The role**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Hire Controller / Recruiter to join our Custom Operators team based in our Grangemouth Head Office. Reporting to the Operations Director. You will split your time sourcing plant operators and liaising with our customers.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide plant operators for a range of our equipment and required to deliver excellent customer service in dealing with internal and external stake holders.
- Create and maintain a register of all live sites/customers and chart our progress in business secured as well as build positive relations with all potential clients.
- General hire desk duties, To include on/off hire administration and proactive customer calls.
- You will be expected to help increase sales growth in your local area and conduct sales telephone calls.

**Key Skills**:
Ideally you will come from an operated plant background or have a good knowledge of the recruiting processes.

Experience in the use of recruiting software and a working knowledge of using job boards to advertise would be a bonus.
