**The role**

Reporting to the Hire Manager, you will provide support to the Hire Manager & Customer Sales Executive’s to increase productivity.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Answer incoming calls, establish client requirements and log accurately
- Understand how the manual paperwork system functions to enable accurate filing & document control
- Contract Maintenance (re-dating, PO revisions, site address amendments)
- Accurately log an off-hire request
- Generate collection notes
- Access product specifications & locate plant safety inspection certificates
- Administrative assistance for opening credit accounts
- Quality check client purchase orders
**Key Skills**:

- A keen interest in sales
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- A basic understanding of administrative tasks and Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
- Reliable team player
- Excellent attention to detail
