**About Medserv**

Medserv was established by Cormac Loughrey in 2005 and has rapidly grown to become the largest company specialising in medical billing in the UK & Ireland. Medserv UK was established in 2010 and initially was run from the Irish Office. In 2014 the first UK based office was opened. Due to massive growth in the first 3 years we moved to a larger UK office in 2017 where we are now based in Haywards Heath.

What will I be doing

With our core values of Quality, Innovation, Integrity & Excellence in mind, the employee will be responsible for primary duties & responsibilities which include:

- Scheduling clinics
- Scanning medical information and uploading to our inhouse system
- Sending letters and appointment confirmations
- Participate and contribute in weekly team meetings with the Remote Practice Management team
- Ensure clients are getting the best use of the service
- Ad hoc duties as they arise

**What skills do I need**:

- Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Personable, calm phone manner
- Be computer literate with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Go above and beyond in order to achieve client satisfaction
- Where necessary, have all necessary work permit/visa documentation in order
