We are looking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic, well organised and friendly individual to join our team.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team and will be the first point of contact with potential home buyers, new homeowners and existing homeowners and will provide a professional, friendly and helpful administration service to our managing director and accounts department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and handling supplier invoices.
- Managing enquiries from new and existing homeowners.
- Managing new homeowner aftercare packages.
- Filing of planning documents and new home certificates.
- Setting up and managing service provider accounts.
- Managing office supplies.
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
- Assisting managing director and accounts department.

- Confident and articulate telephone manner
- Professional and friendly
- Works well in a team
- Well organised
- Good level of IT skills and use of Excel, Word
- Ability and confidence to use own initiative
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
