**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an HR & Office Administrator Specialist who will provide support in a range of activities relating to recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, social media content, and ensuring the smooth and prompt resolution to any internal or external queries.

The HR & Office Admin Specialist will also perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include assisting with daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities, managing weekly shopping deliveries, greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms, and be the dedicated go-to person for all non-operational issues for the office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and update employee records.i.e. contracts etc (hard and soft copies)
- Schedule interviews and follow up on employee references
- Conduct one month and exit reviews for any new joiners/leavers
- Attend & create relevant social media content and routinely post this on our social platforms
- Manage the weekly shopping and delivery
- General office up-keep, ensuring facilities are well maintained
- Managing team and social events throughout the year
- Ad-hoc duties as they arise

- IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to work using own initiative and also be capable of multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills together with the ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Eagerness to help out & must be a self-starter
