**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Utilise Xero for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace is clean, tidy and functional.
- Maintain and co-ordinate all project documentation and reports ensuring they are recorded accurately
- Respond to all customer enquiries
- Typing up quotes accurately, recording and reviewing tender data
- Deal with orders and requests from site staff when necessary
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Fully competent with MS office software, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially when under pressure.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Basic accountancy knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience/Understanding of Construction Industry will be preferred
Own transport is essential as we are based in a rural location with no public transport.

Pay: £22,360.00-£24,477.00 per year
