**About the job**
Attend meetings from an administrative teams point to discuss business issues and report accordingly any anomalies.
Managing & supporting the administrative team to ensure all duties are up to date and in accordance with the business requirements.
Ensure all customer & supplier invoices are processed via the company ERP system in a timely manner, all field team times & expenses are processed on a daily / weekly basis and or as set out by the business requirements.
Site specific parts are ordered and delivery dates advised to the service coordination team.
Debtor days are chased and reported to the relevant accounts and management team, liaising with the coordination team & supervisors where applicable.
Liaise with the management team in producing financial reports as instructed and required by the business.
Ensure all processed orders are credit checked using the company ERP system & advise the business accordingly of any anomalies.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Processing supplier & customer invoices
- Liaise with the coordination & supervisor teams on financial business matters
- Ensure debtor days are in line with the companies expectations.
- Maintain and update business information on the ERP & CRM system where applicable.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the HVAC industry
- Full knowledge of Salesforce CRM system & IFS ERP system
- Good understanding of a P&L account
- An effective communicator; strong planning and organisational skills; ability to work to tight deadlines; managing conflicting priorities; Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Required Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Has previous experience in supervising a team
- Working knowledge of a CRM & ERP system
- High level of understanding on a P&L account
