**Customer Service & Sales Advisor**
- **Location**:Runcorn
- **Salary**:£21,000 basic + bonus
- **Contract**: Full time, Permanent
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday (plus 1 Saturday in 4)

If you are looking for an immediate start date to join an exciting and growing business based in the Runcorn area that can offer not only a competitive basic salary & bonus scheme, long term progression and a great place to work, then this is the role foryou. Working on a sales team on an inbound line you will be the first point of call for potential customers (no cold calling).

The main purpose of the role is to provide new and existing customers with quotations on insurance with an aim to convert as many leads as possible. Along with this you will also need to deliver first class customer service to all customers in ways thatpromotes the organisation.

Working in a fun and vibrant contact centre environment, you will be tasked with:

- Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound warm calls and providing quotes for new business to customers
- Following up on quotes to convert to new business
- Handling customer service enquiries
- Assisting your colleagues
- General admin duties
