Our client is currently seeking a positive, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team based in Runcorn.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30

**Responsibilities**:

- To proactively provide support to the telesales team and general office as required.
- To provide holiday cover ensuring call logs are covered as defined by the Telesales Manager.
- Answer incoming customer calls and maintain thorough understanding of products and services
- Always represent the company in a polite and efficient manner and deliver a positive experience to the customer base.
- Always provide the best customer service experience.
- To help the telesales team to maintain and develop their existing client database through effective account management.
- Effectively handle complaints and liaise with customer service or line manager to resolve.
- Building and maintaining good customer & colleague relationships.
- To be flexible and accommodate varied working hours to ensure company needs are met.
- Always maintain customer call log and ensure 100% accuracy.

Skills required:

- Previous customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Very high level of accuracy, particularly when processing orders and updating customer details on an inhouse database.
- IT skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, plus the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Strong team focus, assisting colleagues as necessary to achieve team and company goals.
