**Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Transport**
**Location**: Runcorn
**Salary**: £26,000 per annum
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Job Management**: Create jobs on the system for the planning team and ensure all loads are correctly logged and updated.
- **Failed Loads Handling**: Liaise with the planning team to produce a failed log report and distribute it as required.
- **Daily Rate Input**: Accurately input WST rates each morning.
- **Rebooking & System Updates**: Organise rebooking for failed loads and maintain up-to-date records.
- **Late Load Notifications**: Coordinate with the planning team to inform customers of any late loads.
- **Load Completion Review**: Check system records daily to confirm all loads are completed.
- **Load Building**: Build efficient and cost-effective loads to optimise truck capacity.
- **Customer Portals**: Regularly check customer portals for new loads and action accordingly.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- **Demurrage Reporting**: Complete the daily demurrage spreadsheet and distribute it to relevant stakeholders.

- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** and **data entry systems**.
