To lead on the Trusts and Foundations income stream by managing and delivering the strategy for generating income from charitable Trusts, Foundations and other Grant makers. To lead on the development of a new Major Donor income stream.

You will manage and develop key donor relationships, working with the Fundraising manager, CEO and Trustees to strengthen existing funder relationships and build new ones.

With a keen eye for detail, you will manage grant and major donor income and ensure donors receive appropriate recognition of their grants/ gifts and regular and timely progress reports.

You will be joining Prior’s Court at an exciting time as you will play a crucial part in securing the final funds for a new performing arts centre and we be instrumental in launching and securing funds for our next major projects. Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.

Since opening, our support team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism. We are situated on 50 acres of parkland with various facilities including accommodation for our young people, a school with a wide range of facilities and offices
