**Community Fundraiser Responsibilities**
As the Community Fundraiser some of your duties will include:
- Meeting with and initiating new partnerships with individuals and groups (including golf clubs, churches, schools, etc), and maintaining relationships.
- Ensuring all fundraising volunteers have a consistent and reliable point of contact and support
- Designing and developing materials in line with the company brand
- Reporting and income tracking
- To be aware of latest fundraising trends and news
**Community Fundraiser Experience**
**It is essential you have professional fundraising experience**. You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Delivering income against targets in charitable organisations or similar
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written with an ability to present an appropriate and persuasive case for support
- Experience of setting up new initiatives with excellent results
- Strong relationship building skills including tailoring your approach to different audiences
- IT skills, including use of Microsoft 365 suite CRM systems, Canva (or similar) and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently seeking advice and support when appropriate
Qualifications and/or training in fundraising or similar is desirable, though not essential.

Our client is based just outside Central Oxford, OX2. There is some parking available at the office, though limited. Good public transport routes are nearby, and the site is a short walk from the train station. Working hours are 37 per week.
