**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing, our **Commercial Marketing Manager **will be responsible for helping us grow and develop our market-leading workshop programme. This is a new and strategic position within the marketing team.

This is a hands-on role requiring a results driven and sales oriented individual, who can deliver across multiple marketing channels whilst working closely with the wider workshop production teams to deliver our targets.

**Your responsibilities as our Commercial Marketing Manager will include**:

- Overseeing and delivering the commercial business targets of our workshop programme
- Measuring and acting on results including occupancy, reviews, rating, delivery, and customer feedback and driving ongoing recommendations through the workshop/creative teams
- Overseeing all class publications (online and in-store) in line with the agreed activity calendar
- Being the voice of customer expectation and understanding all aspects of the customer UX and feeding in regular actions for improvements and optimisation
- Being a key liaison within the business to ensure the new platform is continually being optimised and developed to drive performance targets
- Overseeing and driving cross-functional performance and ensuring all key department functions are optimised for performance efficiency inc. running a weekly performance review with creative, trading, traffic, supply chain, IT, Ops, DC and customer serviceteams
- Working alongside our SEO specialist to ensure that all workshop content produced is SEO optimised
- Supporting the workshop marketing team in terms of B2B selling, partnerships, performance measurement, optimisation and in the delivery of ongoing tactical improvements
- Providing weekly insight, monthly reports and data that drives key business outputs

**What we're looking for in our Commercial Marketing Manager**:

- Experience in marketing analytics and platform technology
- Proven commercial marketing background
- Highly organised with the ability to spot opportunities and maximise potential
- Great communicator to delivery cross-functional working improvements
- Experienced with Google Analytics and other analytical marketing tools
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages
- Attention to detail and a proactive analytical mindset
- Experience in project management and IT/marketing platform technology is desired
