**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Product Manager **to operate the planning, delivery and comms of our Workshop Programme. The Product Manager will work alongside multiple teams, including the operations, finance and buying teams, to ensure successfulprogramme delivery.

**Your responsibilities as our Product Manager will include**:

- Planning, defining and executing the workshop strategy, developing a robust, innovative and customer-focused experience both online and in stores
- Owning and creating the full workshop calendar plan and CPA of key dates for all comms/uploads
- Working closely with the top-performing stores and online workshop team to identify trends, best practices and efficiencies to roll out across the estate
- Optimising store hours efficiency by reallocating best-selling workshops and releasing hours back to the business where possible
- Driving and developing new workshop trends from both store specific and entire estate needs
- Overseeing and delivering all store comms
- Working with marketing, buying and supply chain teams to ensure the right amount of stock is ordered for each quarter
- Delivering all relevant comms both internally to stores/online and externally to customers via POS
- Continually developing the workshop programme and driving cross-functional performance ensuring all key department functions are optimised for performance efficiency inc. running a weekly performance review with creative, trading, traffic (inc. SEO), supplychain, IT, Ops, DC and customer service teams
- Measuring and acting on results including occupancy, reviews, rating, delivery and customer feedback and drive ongoing recommendations through the workshop/creative teams
- Being the voice of customer expectations, understanding all aspects of the customer UX and feeding in regular actions for improvements and optimisation
- Being the key liaison within the business to ensure the new platform is continually being optimised and developed to drive performance targets
- Supporting the workshop marketing team in terms of B2B selling, partnerships, performance measurement, optimisation and the delivery of ongoing tactical improvements
- Providing weekly insight, monthly reports and data that drives key business outputs

**What we're looking for in our Product Manager**:

- A highly organised, very focused individual with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in working across multiple teams (cross-functional) or in a store management position
- A commercially focussed mindset
- Good writing and editing skills
- High standards of delivery, focus and drive
- Customer experience is crucial
- A love of all things craft
- Event planning experience is helpful
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline or relevant experience is desirable
