Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 8 restaurant brands spanning across UK and we want to expand our front of house team at our restaurant, **Mrs Chew's Chinese Kitchen**, in Birmingham.

**Your Role as Restaurant Supervisor**:

- Oversee all front of house operations, including wait staff
- Manage staff work schedules
- Maintain a harmonious and happy work environment for staff
- Work with front of house and kitchen staff to project future needs for restaurant supplies, goods, and cleaning products
- Maintain inventory of all supplies
- Ensure quality of all dishes served is upheld
- Ensure all orders are served in a timely fashion
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
