**REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager**

**SALARY: 20,000 per annum - 25,000 per annum(depending on experience and skills)**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The role of “Restaurant Supervisor” is predominantly focused on providing the Floor Team with the tools required to deliver an “above and beyond” experience at Etci Mehmet; from monitoring restaurant standards to ensuing the team follow the Etci Mehmet service cycle, and that guest satisfaction is optimal with every visit.

This role requires a varied skill set, where the “Restaurant Supervisor” must be a role model in providing fantastic and courteous service in line with company policy and procedure in parallel to liaising with the Assistant Manager to optimise efficiency within the business. It is imperative that the team remain focused on their specific duties for the shift.

**KEY OBJECTIVES**
- Drive for excellence in guest experience through ensuring restaurant standards are maintained at all times.
- Proactive approach to improving guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring the safety of guests and the team is a key priority of the business.
- To ensure that the service cycle is seamlessly delivered in the restaurant with every guest.
- Providing the Floor Team with constructive, respectful, and consistent feedback in order to improve the overall business performance.
- To provide the General Manager with support in sales planning and day to day operations.
- To take a proactive approach to self-development.
- To provide Management cover for the Assistant Manager in times of absence.

**ABOUT YOU**:
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
