Our ideal Restaurant Supervisor will:

- Consider great guest experience their top priority;
- Train and develop team members to reach their full potential;
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the effective running of the front-of-house operation;
- Lead the team to ensure excellent performance on a day to day basis;
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and appearance of restaurant;
- Create a positive and productive working environment;
