Guest Liaison Support

Northwich, United Kingdom Delamere Health Ltd Full time

Delamere's Guest Liaison department looks after the various needs of our guests over their 28-day stay. The support role is an interesting mix of domestic tasks
- preparing rooms ready for admission, ensuring the guest's environment adheres to an extremely high standard, whilst also acting as the first point of contact for guests in the accommodation and medical areas of our award-winning 23-bed purpose-built addiction treatment clinic. You will assist guests with day-to-day tasks and queries such as parcels, keycards, orientating new arrivals and making sure they are where they need to be. You will find yourself directing enquiries to different departments, liaising regularly with the clinical, recovery and admissions teams. The role supports the domestic (hotel-style) operations alongside our wider guest liaison team that includes housekeepers and maintenance operatives.

Whilst the role is first and foremost a domestic role with a heavy emphasis on cleaning and preparing rooms and communal areas to an exacting standard, the guest-facing element means that each day is varied and stimulating with no two days being exactly alike. The guest liaison support role would especially suit someone with hotel or hospitality experience who is a great communicator, who's passionate about helping others and being hands on with day to day operations.
