**Delamere Health is now seeking an addiction therapist to join our team and help deliver our unique and innovative and person centred treatment programme.**

**About us**: We are the UK's only purpose-built residential addiction and behavioural health clinic. As a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, therapists, mentors and lived experienced practitioners, we provide exemplary care to guests as they grow beyond addiction. Our purpose-built clinic is an award-winning place to work and as a team we have the great privilege of helping guests who stay with us (typically for 4-6 weeks) make profound transformations. We are a values-led organisation, and we pride ourselves on setting standards for excellence and outcomes in the treatment of addiction. Our treatment program is a varied mix of one-to-one work, psych-education, group therapy and experiential work.

**About you **: As an experienced and accredited psychotherapist, you will be adept at creating a safe, supportive and compassionate environment where meaningful change can begin. As a permanent member of our team, you will work in a multi-disciplinary manner with our nursing, admissions, mentor and guest liaison teams to ensure effective treatment planning for our guests. Delamere therapists are active facilitators delivering aspects of our psych-education program and holding regular group therapy sessions alongside regular one-to-one work. The depth of the program delivery, the breadth of the issues we treat, and the steady intake of guests mean that every day at Delamere is varied, engaging and different.

**Salary : £33,280 (FTE)**

**Pro rata for part time, 24 - 32 hours, £20,000 - £26,700**

Essential : Accreditation through;
1) British Association for Counselling and psychotherapy (BACP)

2) The National Counselling Service (NCS)

3) UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £33,280.00 per year
