**About the role **:Wellbeing Guides are an integral and important part of the team and guest experience here at Delamere. Our Wellbeing Guides demonstrate high levels of empathy, take initiative, and build trust and rapport with people quickly. The role is varied and stimulating and is a great introduction to working in a care setting. As a Wellbeing Guide at Delamere, duties include:

- Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of all guests in order to be aware of changes and alerting clinical colleagues as necessary.
- Providing a high standard of care to guests in a sensitive and respectful manner
- Assisting in maintaining morale of guests by communication and contact - achieved by talking, and working with them
- Participating in general household duties and assist guests in the management of their bedrooms and common areas, as appropriate.
- Supporting guests with their recovery action plans
- Working with colleagues to ensure optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical and functional recovery
- Chaperoning guests

**Training, supervision & mentoring is provided throughout.**

- Ideally you have experience of working in a regulated healthcare setting and completing physical observations with support from a nursing team.

**Full & Part Time opportunities available**

Full Time (40 hours) 12 hour shifts

Part Time (Twilight shifts) 6pm - 12 midnight

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
