**Summary**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Estates team responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe working environment. Delivery and support of health, safety, fire and sustainability functions, stores, project support, workplace recovery & facilities strategy.
**Job description**:
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Education which includes a high level of literacy and numeric skills
Higher education - minimum
HNC/HND/SVQ4/NVQ4 - maximum
- Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with a CAFM system
- Administrative or clerical knowledge at an advanced level (3)
- High level of IT literacy in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Fully conversant with current Health and Safety legislation
- Experience within a similar Facilities role is preferable
**Responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer service including appropriate management of customer expectations, in line with the complaint's procedure.
- Support good working relationships by offering advice, encouragement, and assistance to enhance overall team.
- Contribute to the performance of Estates team by achieving individual and contribute to team objectives.
- Share best practice with other team members to improve Estates performance
- Demonstrate personal commitment to tasks and objectives routinely delivering a first-class service to all customers.
- Work with pride and commitment to achieve a high personal and professional standard delivering individual, team and organisational goals in line with corporate objectives.
