**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estate Agent Duties**:

- Assist clients with buying and selling residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings, provide market insights, and negotiate sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Advise clients on current market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Work to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage property listings, update website content, and maintain client databases.
- Prepare sales documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and other appointments.
- Support the team with general office administration as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- A passion for real estate and the Glasgow property market.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
