Our team is growing and so are our people In line with our ever expanding ambitions, we are currently searching for a Contact Centre Advisor to join us on our venture at Damira.

**Purpose of the Job**

We are looking for bubbly, focused and professional individuals to...
- Provide exceptional care and service to Damira patients and to the general public.
- The role will be receiving inbound and making outbound patient telephone calls regarding queries, booking of dental appointments for Damira practices and patient recalls.
- Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the patients' needs are met to the best of your ability.
- Providing a seamless patient journey
- Booking in of dental appointments in practices diary following the dental booking process
- Responding to patient queries in a timely manner
- Providing high quality customer service
- Ensure that information is both recorded and delivered accurately.
- Contacting patients to book recalls

- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to follow a process
- Calm and professional
- Passionate about helping.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills.

**Hours**:
40 Hours Per Week Flexible
