Basic salary: Up to £20,600 per year depending on experience with an additional OTE of £6000 per year.

We are looking to grow our existing team within our renewals and retention department. Working within the contact centre team you will be responsible for contacting existing customers by making aftersales appointments for all dealerships across the Richmond group.

After initial training, you will review our customer database and understand where customers sit within their aftersales journey. After this is established, with careful evaluation of our diaries, accurate bookings of our services and MOTs can be made.

Required is an excellent telephone manner and a desire to deliver first class customer service which is more important than experience of working within the motor trade, although if you have worked within the industry previously then that will be a benefit. It is important to us that you work well within a team and can demonstrate that you are highly driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Your role will involve:

- Contacting existing customers.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Developing strong working relationships.

**Salary**: £18,600.00-£20,600.00 per year
