What are we looking for?

We are looking to grow our existing team within our renewals and retention department. Working within the fast paced contact centre team through inbound and outbound calls you will be required to know our brand aftersales processes, diary availability and book customers into our workshops whilst demonstrating Richmond values.

Required is an excellent telephone manner and a desire to deliver first class customer service which is more important than experience of working within the motor trade, although if you have worked within the industry previously then that will be a benefit. It is important to us that you work well within a team and can demonstrate that you are highly driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Your role will involve:

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and colleagues.
  • Contacting existing customers.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Objection handling and problem solving.
  • Email and live chat communication.
  • Ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Developing strong working relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
